Sewaram Steel

Sewaram Steel is right at 143-A in Anand Nagar. We are easy to find because we are directly in front of the Tri Nagar Metro Station. You can see the trains going by all day while we work. It’s a lively spot with a lot of commuters walking past our door. We mostly deal with steel sections and rods. The yard is usually full of inventory, so it can be a bit tight to move around. We don't have a big corporate office. Our desk is right there near the entrance so we can see who’s coming in. The noise from the Metro and the traffic is just something we live with. We’ve been in Anand Nagar for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. Most of the work involves loading and unloading trucks. It’s physical work and keeps us in shape. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny brochures. Our name is painted on the wall and that’s enough. People come to us when they need steel for a building or a repair job. We just give them a fair price and load it up. It’s a basic business. We try to be helpful and get the job done right the first time so people come back. During the rainy season, we have to be extra careful about the yard getting muddy. The gate gets a bit squeaky, but it still shuts tight at night.
