Sardar Zees Caterers Private Limited operates out of House No 106Bpkt C-06, right near the local landmark here in Keshav Puram. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things as quiet as possible, though a busy kitchen is never really silent. This house has been our base for a long time. We started out small, just doing a few food orders for people in the neighborhood, and then it just grew from there. The ground floor is where most of the action happens. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around a large table prepping vegetables or packing up containers for a delivery. Keshav Puram is a nice place to be, and having the business right here makes it feel very personal for us. We don’t have big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people find us because they’ve lived nearby for years or heard about us from a neighbor. Running a catering business from a house means you never really leave work, but we don’t mind it. There’s always a pot of tea on the stove and someone coming in or out with a crate of supplies. We handle everything ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the final seasoning of the gravies. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours, but seeing the empty plates at the end of a party makes it feel worth the effort. We just keep doing what we do.
