Nirula'S

We've been around for a while here in Rohini. Most people in Sector 14 know where Flat No. 27 is in Sanskrit Nagar Society. It's just how things are. We do food, mostly. It's not fancy. You just come in, get what you need, and that's it. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's quiet. We don't really have a big team or anything, just enough people to keep the kitchen moving. If you're walking past the society, you'll see us. The Delhi heat gets a bit much in the summer, but we stay open anyway. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. It's just about getting the orders right. People stop by on their way home from work. It’s a regular spot. Nothing more, nothing less. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open and close, but we’re still here at the same flat. It isn't a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just Nirula'S. We try to keep the tables clean and the food ready. If you live around Sanskrit Nagar, you probably already know us. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just find us by walking through the sector. It's a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about it. We’re just part of the local scene here in the society.
