Pizza Hut

We are over here at Aakash Ganga Apartment in Rohini, specifically in Sector-24. If you know Pocket-4, you know where we are. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home to their flats. Flat 129 is where things happen for us. We spend most of our time getting things ready, making sure the ovens are hot and the ingredients are fresh. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud and the weather in New Delhi gets really sticky, but we just keep at it. People from around the neighborhood pop in or call us up when they don't feel like cooking dinner. We’ve seen kids grow up in these apartments over the years. It feels like a small community here even though Delhi is huge. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a kitchen, some counters, and a lot of flour. We try to keep things moving fast because nobody likes waiting. Most days involve a lot of cleaning and checking the inventory. We’ve been at this for a while now in this part of Rohini. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs can be a bit much some days. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders go out to the right doors. It's a simple life in Sector-24, and we like being part of the neighborhood.
