Cibo ( An Italian Cuisine Restaurant)

We are over at House Number 113 in Pkt-D 16, right here in New Delhi. The area code is 110085. Cibo is the name, and we focus on Italian cuisine because that’s what we enjoy making. It’s not a huge, fancy place with white tablecloths and waiters in suits. It’s more of a local spot where we cook what we know. The kitchen gets hot and the dining area is a bit small, but it’s homey. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the pasta is okay. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen in this part of Delhi. We have been in this pocket of the neighborhood for a good while. You might hear the pots and pans clanking if you walk by. It’s just a regular building, nothing too flashy on the outside. We aren't trying to be the most famous restaurant in the city, just a place where you can get a meal. The staff is mostly just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the regulars who come in from the nearby houses. It gets a bit hectic on weekend nights, but that's expected. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the tables are clean for whoever walks in. It is just a simple restaurant life here in Pkt-D 16.
