Our place is located in Sector 5 of Rohini, specifically at 358 B - 5. If you have ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people moving about. We are right in the middle of it. The office is basically a few rooms where we manage everything. It gets pretty loud outside during the peak hours, but we have grown used to the noise of the traffic and the vendors. We aren’t a huge team here, just a handful of people who know each other well. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. The desks are a bit messy with papers and old coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. Usually, the day starts around nine and we stay until the work is finished. There is a lot of paperwork to handle, which can be a bit boring sometimes, but it’s part of the job. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’d rather just have good chairs and a working air conditioner for the Delhi summers. People sometimes get confused finding the block, but once you see the building, it’s easy enough. It is a practical space for us to do what we need to do. We spend most of our daylight hours here just getting through the folders and keeping things moving along.
