Rajendra Sury Metal Udyog

Rajendra Sury Metal Udyog is located out at Khasra No. 894 in Alipur. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is nice in some ways but can be quiet at times. The area has a lot of open space and other industrial-type buildings nearby. Our place is basically a large shed with a lot of metal sheets and equipment lying around. It’s noisy when the machines are running, and you have to speak up to be heard. The floor is mostly dusty concrete. We have a small corner screened off for the paperwork and a place to sit during breaks. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that; it’s all work clothes and boots. In the summer, the roof makes it get pretty hot inside, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. There’s a big yard outside where the trucks come to load and unload. Sometimes the road leading up to us gets a bit bumpy after the monsoon. We’ve been at this Alipur location for a while now. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine. If someone visits, they usually just find us on the work floor. It’s a place where things get made, and that’s about all there is to it. We just focus on the metal work.
