Rainbow Engineers

Rainbow Engineers is located at F-204 in Vijay Vihar Phase-1. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but we have been in this spot long enough that most people in the neighborhood know exactly where we are. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly small-scale jobs for other local businesses or people who live nearby. Our workshop is very simple and unpretentious. We have the basic tools, a couple of welding sets, and some benches for putting things together. It is definitely not a high-tech laboratory. We mostly spend our time fixing things that have broken down or making custom metal parts when someone cannot find the right size in a store. The atmosphere in the shop is usually pretty relaxed until a big deadline starts looming. Then everyone scrambles around to get the work finished. We do not have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. It is just a few of us making sure the work is solid and the welds are strong. Vijay Vihar is a busy mix of houses and small shops, so there is always something happening right outside. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about the different jobs we are handling. It is a decent life. We do not make a lot of noise about what we do; we just get it done.
