R. K. Steel

R. K. Steel is located right on the Main Road in Daya Basti, at No. 19/267 in the Sarai Rohilla area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise and people passing by. We have a decent-sized shop where we keep various steel items for sale. We’ve been here for a good while and most of the local shopkeepers know us. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. We have piles of steel and tools scattered around. The floor is concrete and usually covered in a bit of metal dust. We do a lot of our work right out front where people can see us. It’s just a practical business. We don't have any marketing slogans or big missions. We just sell steel to whoever needs it. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic in Sarai Rohilla, but we try to keep the customers informed. We have a small staff of three people who handle everything from sales to loading the carts. We use an old desk in the corner for all the paperwork. It’s a bit messy, but we find what we need eventually. We don't use much technology, just a phone and our own hands. People come here because they know they’ll get what they see. We are just a local shop trying to do a good job every day. It’s hard work, but we are used to the rhythm of the main road.
