You can find us at 3 Savera Apartments on Plot 5 in Sector 13, Rohini. It’s a residential area so it stays fairly quiet during the day, which is nice for getting things done. We’ve set up our office here in Delhi because it’s a central enough spot for everyone on the team to reach without too much trouble. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate building because it's an apartment first and foremost. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for breaks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been here at Punj Lloyd for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us come and go. Sometimes the lift acts up so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just use what works and keeps the files organized. Rohini has a lot of parks and we sometimes walk around them when we need a break from the screens. It’s a simple routine. We arrive in the morning, check our emails, handle the paperwork, and head home when the sun goes down. There isn't any big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do the work that needs doing every day. It's a humble way to run a business in North Delhi and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year without needing any extra noise.
