It’s hot and heavy work here at Plot 73, but that’s what you expect when you run a foundry. We are located near the Pitampura Industrial Area in Section 3. Most days, you’ll find the guys moving heavy molds around and getting everything ready for the next pour. It’s a lot of manual labor and it’s definitely not for everyone. We’ve been in this particular spot for a good bit of time now. People usually find us because of the big sign outside, though the paint is peeling a little from being out in the sun for so long. We don't have a big front desk or a fancy reception area. If someone comes by to see us, they usually just walk straight into the main yard and find one of us. We make various cast parts for different industries around the region. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a big order comes in and we have to stay late to make sure the cooling process is handled right. The machines we use are older, but they do the job well enough for our needs. We don't spend much time sitting at a computer unless we absolutely have to for the paperwork. It’s mostly about the sand, the heat, and the metal. We’ve got a small, solid team, mostly local folks who live nearby and have been with us for a while.
