Being based in Delhi, Predominant Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. stays right in the middle of all the noise and action. This city is always loud and there is always some kind of building being put up or a road being repaired. We are just one of those local groups trying to keep up with the fast pace of things. Our day usually starts pretty early because we want to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic, even though that is almost impossible in Delhi. We spend a lot of time in our office going over technical drawings and then we head out to wherever the current job is. Delhi is a huge place, and we end up traveling all over the different zones. Predominant Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is not a high-rise corporate office with glass walls and fancy carpets. We have a much more practical setup. There are stacks of files everywhere and too many pens that have run out of ink. We focus on the engineering side of the business. It is about making sure the structures are solid and the people on the ground know what they are doing. We have a small crew and we have worked together for a long time. We do not use big, fancy words to talk about what we do. We just do the work and deal with the city. Some days are harder than others but that is typical here.
