N. Kumar & Co.

Our office is tucked away in Satyawati Colony, specifically at C-11. It’s right behind Laxmi Bai College in Ashok Vihar Phase III. It can be a little tricky to find if you haven't been here before, but once you see the college, you're pretty much there. We are N. Kumar & Co., and we’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while. It’s a quiet enough area, except when the students are coming and going. We don’t have a big fancy storefront. It’s more of a place where we get our work done without much distraction. Our desks are usually piled with papers and there’s always a pot of coffee or tea going somewhere. We handle various bits of business and consultancy, mostly just sticking to what we know. The staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the accounts. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We just dress for the weather and get on with things. We’ve seen the colony change a bit over the years, but our corner stays mostly the same. We don’t really go in for big advertisements. Most people who come here were told about us by a friend or a colleague. It's just a regular office where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or a leaky roof, but that's just life in Ashok Vihar.
