We have been located at C-16 in the SMA Industrial Area for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot right off GT Karnal Road, which means there is always a lot of noise and dust from the heavy trucks passing by all day. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular industrial unit where we get our work done. Most days, you’ll find us busy with paperwork or managing the stuff coming in and out. The office is a bit cramped because we use every bit of space for storage and equipment. We don't really go in for fancy decorations or big signs. If you know the area, you know where we are. Dealing with the traffic on GT Karnal Road is just a part of our daily life; it can be a real headache during the monsoon or when there's a breakdown on the highway. We have a small crew, and most of the guys have been with us for years. We don’t have big meetings or use corporate jargon. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea to figure out what needs to be done next. If a customer calls, they talk directly to us, not some machine or a person in a call center. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our work is solid. It’s a practical way of living, and it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the shop running and our clients coming back next time.
