Saurabh Steels (India)

We are located at A-23 in Block A of the Wazirpur Industrial Area, right in Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. Wazirpur is famous for steel, and we are right in the middle of it. Our building is a typical industrial setup—nothing too fancy, just a lot of steel and hard work. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time now. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after a while. We spend our days managing orders and making sure the steel gets processed. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and sometimes the floor gets a bit messy, but that’s the nature of the steel business. We don't have a team of people in suits. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with customers who know exactly what they need. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Word of mouth around Ashok Vihar and the rest of Delhi has kept us going. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late because of the Delhi traffic, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that we’re part of the local industrial community here. There’s a lot of history in these streets and we’re glad to be a small part of it. Most of our tools have been around as long as we have, and they still do the job just fine. It's dusty and loud but it works.
