We’re located at D-162 in Sector 2 of the DSIIDC Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial zone where everyone is busy making something or other. Our thing is rollers. We spend the day working with lathes and grinding machines to get them shaped right. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there’s always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not a place for quiet conversation or office work. We just get on with the production tasks. Being in the DSIIDC area means we are surrounded by other workshops, so there’s a lot of coming and going of delivery trucks throughout the day. We’ve been here a while and know the neighborhood well. Our team is small, mostly guys who have been doing this kind of work for a long time. We don’t have fancy titles or a big HR department or anything like that. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. The rollers we make go into all sorts of different machines, which is interesting if you think about it. But mostly, we just think about the specific task in front of us. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. We don’t have a polished website or a sales team. People just call us up or come by the unit when they need rollers made. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
