Our office is located at Office No-10, Plot No-5, inside the Dr. Sandeep Complex in Shiva Market, Pitampura. It’s a busy market area in Delhi. Being in a place like Shiva Market means there’s always something going on outside our windows. M P State Co Operative Oilseed Growers Federation Ltd has been operating from this little corner for a while now. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we handle the paperwork and the coordination for the oilseed work. We have a lot of files and old ledgers around. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have several people in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people across the state. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure the seeds are moving where they need to go. We aren't a high-tech startup or anything like that. We use regular computers and we still write a lot of things down by hand. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break to talk about things other than work. It’s a very ordinary office life. We don't have any big slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the day's tasks, and try to keep things organized. Pitampura is a good place to be, even if the traffic is a nightmare.
