Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Our office is located at A-15 in the Hil Apartment complex, which is in Sector 13 of Rohini. Being in Delhi, things are always a bit hectic, but once you get inside the gate at Plot No. 17, it calms down a little. We have been operating this Larsen & Toubro Ltd branch from here for some time now. It is a residential area, so it is not like those big corporate parks you see in Gurgaon. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of storage for all the technical manuals and project files we need. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us commute from different parts of North Delhi, so the morning is usually spent talking about the traffic on the Outer Ring Road. We don’t do a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks if something comes up. It is a very practical environment. We have our tea together in the afternoon, and then it is back to the computers. If you are coming to see us, just tell the guard at the gate you are looking for A-15. It is a straightforward place and we don’t put on any airs. We just focus on getting the projects through the system and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It is honest work.
