Kiyara Restaurant (Opc) Private Limited

Kiyara Restaurant is tucked away on the first floor at H.No.1185 in Shanti Nagar. Some of the older folks around here still call it old number 30. We are right on Gali number 80 in Tri Nagar. It is a busy part of North West Delhi, and being on the first floor means we are slightly removed from the street noise, though you can still hear the vendors down below. The space at Khasra 255/1 and 254/1 isn't huge, but we make it work. It’s a simple setup. We didn't hire an expensive designer to make the place look like a movie set. The chairs are comfortable enough, and the kitchen is always humming with sound. Running a place as an OPC means there is a lot of personal responsibility, and you can see that in how we run things. It’s not perfect; sometimes the lights flicker or we have to move a table because of a draft, but it’s real. People in Tri Nagar know us by now. We don't spend much time thinking about branding or anything like that. We just worry about the food and making sure the floor is swept at night. Shanti Nagar has a lot of energy, and we are just glad to have a spot here. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working away, trying to keep up with the lunch or dinner rush without too much fuss.
