Our business is located at 308/3-D on Old Rohtak Road. We’re right in the Sahzada Bagh Industrial Area, not far from Daya Basti in Delhi. It’s an old part of the city and the building shows its age, but it works for what we need. We’ve been here for a long time, and it’s always been a family-run operation. The streets around here are constantly packed with trucks and rickshaws, so it’s a bit of a struggle sometimes just to get to the front door. Inside, the space is filled with all sorts of mechanical parts and supplies that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We don't bother with fancy displays or marketing materials. Our customers come to us because they know where we are and they know what we do. We spend our days dealing with walk-ins and local deliveries. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking inventory in the heat. We don’t have an office with air conditioning, just a small cabin with a fan where we keep the books. The noise from the road never really stops, but you get used to it after a while. We’re just trying to keep the legacy going and provide what people in the industrial area are looking for. It’s a simple, straightforward life here in Delhi.
