Kapish Industries

Kapish Industries has been running out of Phase-II in the Badli Industrial Estate for a good number of years now. Our address at number 57 is a place where we actually make things, so it’s never particularly quiet. There is always some machine humming or a truck idling outside the gates. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors to sit in. Usually, if someone comes by, we just pull up a stool or stand near the workbench to talk. It’s an industrial setup through and through. The floor is usually covered in bits of material and the air smells like oil and metal. We have a small team of workers who have been here for a long time, and we all know our roles without needing to be told. We don’t go for all those modern workplace trends. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Our focus is purely on the production line and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big order, and other times we finish early and just sit around for a bit. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t use much jargon or have long meetings. Most of our decisions are made right on the shop floor. It’s been our way of doing things since we started here in Badli, and we don't see any reason to change it now. That's just how we operate.
