Jungjam Restaurantsllp is our small operation over in Pitampura. We are located in the Cu Block, inside the Aggarwal Arcade at Plot No-2. Our specific spot is room 311 on the third floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We spend most of our time here just managing the kitchen stuff and the logistics of running a restaurant business in West Delhi. The LSC area is always full of people, which is nice but it also means parking is a nightmare most days. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a handful of us who show up every morning to get things ready. We handle the cleaning, the inventory, and all the small details ourselves. Pitampura is a good neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know some of the other people working in the arcade. It’s not a polished lifestyle, honestly. There is always something that needs fixing or a bill that needs paying. We use simple tools and just try to keep the food quality decent. Most of our day is spent in the back, away from the main office area. We aren't trying to expand into a massive chain or anything. We just want to keep this place going and do a proper job for the people who rely on us here in 110034.
