Jindal Stainless Ltd

Our spot is in Sector 9, Rohini, specifically at Flat C-13 in Ahinsa Vihar. If you know Delhi, you know how packed Rohini can get. We’re tucked away in a residential area, so it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We work for Jindal Stainless Ltd out of this flat. It’s mostly just us sitting around the computers, making sure all the orders for the stainless steel are going to the right places. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery person or a neighbor, but that’s fine. We like the neighborhood feel. The rooms are filled with samples and brochures that we’ve collected over the months. It’s a bit cramped if more than three people are in the main room, but we make it work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to open it. We spend a lot of time on the phone, especially in the afternoons when things pick up. It can get a bit loud when the kids are playing outside in the common area, but we don't mind. It’s just how life is here. We focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business, and being in a place like Ahinsa Vihar keeps us connected to the local area. It’s a practical way to manage things.
