We are based in Pitam Pura, inside the Ek Jot Apartment complex. Specifically, we are at House No. 71 on Road No. 44. It is a residential area in New Delhi-110034, which makes for a pretty calm working environment most days of the week. We have set up our consulting firm here because we like the atmosphere of the apartment building. It is not like being in a cold, impersonal office tower in the middle of a business park. Here, we know the security guards and the neighbors who live on our floor. Our office inside the apartment is where all the thinking and planning happens. It is filled with books, papers, and the usual office supplies you would expect to see. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation with a thousand rules and regulations. We just have our own way of doing things that has worked for us over the years. People usually come to us because they want a straightforward answer to a problem, not a long sales pitch. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just show up every day and do the best we can with the projects we have in front of us. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay up late drinking tea and going over the numbers again. We like the rhythm of life in Pitam Pura.
