Our kitchen is located at Pitampura 153. It’s where all the action happens every day. We aren't a big industrial food factory; we’re a local catering service that works out of this space. You can usually smell what we’re cooking from down the street. We spend most of our mornings chopping vegetables, stirring large vats of dal, and making sure the rice is just right. It’s a lot of manual labor, and the kitchen gets very warm, especially when the burners are all going at once. We’ve been around Pitampura for a long time, and we know what people like to eat at their functions. We don't have a team of fancy chefs in white hats, just regular cooks who know their way around a kitchen. Sometimes we struggle with the logistics of getting everything to the venue on time through the traffic, but we always manage to make it work. We use local ingredients and stick to recipes that have worked for us for years. Our equipment is well-used and we keep it clean, but it’s definitely not brand new. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations or marketing. We just focus on getting the food cooked and delivered so people can enjoy their meals. It's a busy life, but it's what we know how to do best here in our little corner of Pitampura. We just try to get every order right.
