Food Plaza Express Kitchen

Start with the shutters opening in Hansapuri. Sector 13 gets busy fast. Food Plaza Express Kitchen isn't a big place. We spend a lot of time cleaning the counters and getting the stove going. In PK Puram, people are always in a rush. We see the same faces every day. The vegetable delivery comes early. Sometimes they are late and we have to wait around drinking tea. We like the noise of the street and the smell of the spices hitting the oil. It feels real and keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down and we lock up.
