Flavours Fast Food Corner

We are located in Pitampura, specifically over at Chandra Lok Enclave 2. The shop is called Flavours Fast Food Corner, though it is mostly just a small kitchen and a place to stand. We start the burners in the late afternoon when the kids come home from school and the office people start walking back. It gets quite hot near the pans, especially in the summer months. The floor is made of old tiles and we try our best to keep them clean between orders. I handle the money and sometimes help with the chopping when it gets really busy. There is a small sign outside that shows our name, but it is a bit faded now from the weather. We don't have a lot of seating, so most people just take their food and go or eat right there on the pavement. The street in Chandra Lok Enclave 2 is usually quiet until about six in the evening. We buy our supplies from the market nearby every couple of days. I wouldn't say there is anything special about the way we do things. We just cook the food and hand it over. The light above the counter flickers sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It is just a basic place for a quick meal when you are hungry.
