Most days here at the Rohini Sector 11 spot, things get pretty hectic around dinner time. We've been at this 10 11 address for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. It usually starts with getting the ovens up to temperature and making sure the dough is ready for the first batch of orders. You can hear the phones ringing and the online pings going off pretty much non-stop once the sun goes down. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the summer months, but we just keep moving through the tickets as they come in. People in the neighborhood know us well, and we see a lot of the same faces coming in to pick up their boxes. It’s not fancy or anything, just a lot of flour on the counters and the smell of melting cheese filling up the room. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting for the next run, checking their watches and chatting. We try to keep things organized, but when there’s a big cricket match or a holiday, it gets a bit loud and messy. We just focus on getting the toppings right and sliding the trays into the heat. It’s honest work, mostly just keeping up with the hunger of the local families and students around here. The floor needs sweeping constantly because of all the foot traffic. That’s just how it goes at this Domino'S.
