Damodar Herbs

Damodar Herbs is located on the first floor of Mardia Plaza on C.G. Road. If you walk past the big retail stores on the ground floor, you will find the stairs leading up to us. The air in our shop always has a strong smell of dried roots and different leaves. We have these big glass jars and packets lined up on wooden shelves that we actually built ourselves a few years ago. It is not a very large space, just enough for all our stock and a small desk where we manage the daily paperwork. C.G. Road is usually packed with cars and people, so we hear honking all day long. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding a place to park nearby. We have been at this location for quite a while now. Most people come to see us because they are looking for a specific herb for their health or maybe for cooking something special. We spend a lot of our time weighing things out on a small digital scale. It gets a bit dusty with all the herbal powders, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. We don't wear uniforms or anything professional like that. We just wear regular clothes that are good for moving heavy crates around. The lighting in this part of the plaza isn't amazing, but we have a decent lamp by the window. It is a steady, simple life here for us.
