If you look for us in Rohini, you’ll find us at Star Apartment in Sector-9. We are based out of unit 195. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from having a shop on a main road. We do a lot of hospitality work, which mostly means we’re busy planning and organizing things for other people. The office is really just a room with some desks and a lot of notebooks piled up. Since we’re in North West Delhi, it’s a bit of a trek to get to the center of the city, but we like it here. It's quieter than the main markets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our computers, making sure things are lined up for our clients. We aren't a big fancy company with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a lot of things happen at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The name Chefnbee Hospitality came from a few ideas we had, but mostly we just wanted something that sounded professional enough for the paperwork. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and how much it will cost. It's a very practical way of working. Most days we finish late and just walk home through the complex. It is a simple life.
