Chalte Chalte Fun N Food Dhaba Private Limited

Our dhaba is located at Khasra No-502/348 on the ground floor in Village-Pitampura. It is right in the North West part of Delhi. We chose the name Chalte Chalte because most of our customers are people who are just passing through or working nearby. It is a very simple place with basic furniture and a kitchen that is always busy. Pitampura is a crowded village area, so there is always something happening outside our door. We do not have a fancy menu with a hundred items. We just cook the dishes we know people like to eat every day. The kitchen gets very hot, especially during the summer months, but that is just part of the job. We have a small group of cooks and servers who have been with us for a long time. It feels more like a family than a company. We spend a lot of our time prepping vegetables and making sure the floors are swept. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and one of us has to hop on a scooter to go find what we need at the local market. It can be a bit chaotic when the lunch rush hits, but we manage to get through it. We are not looking to become a big chain or anything. We just like running our local spot and seeing the same faces every day. It is hard work but it is what we do.
