Cafeindo Cuisine Private Limited is located over in Pitampura. We are at 199A in Block QU. It's a decent spot in North West Delhi and we've been here for a while. We focus on different types of cuisine and food preparation. The kitchen stays pretty warm most of the day, especially during the lunch rush. It’s not a massive place, just a regular building where we do our cooking and planning. We have a small staff and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. One day you're chopping vegetables and the next you're fixing a sink. That's just how it goes here. Pitampura is a good neighborhood for a food business because people always need something to eat. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and hope people like it enough to come back. The address is easy to find if you know the block system in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after shifts. It’s hard work and the hours can be long. We aren't looking to become a huge chain or anything like that. We just want to keep the lights on and keep the food coming out of the kitchen. Most of our days are spent checking ingredients and making sure everything is ready for the next day. It is a lot of work but it is what we do.
