We've been at A-28 in the Lawrence Road Industrial Area for a good while now. It's a busy spot, mostly trucks and factories all around us. Bikanervala Foods is what we call ourselves. Most days involve a lot of noise and getting things ready. It isn't a fancy office with carpets or glass walls. We spend our time working on the food items people seem to like. It's just a regular workplace where everyone knows their job. Some people have been here since the start. The weather gets really hot in this part of Delhi, but we just keep the machines going. We handle a lot of sweets and snacks every single day. If you walk by, you can usually smell whatever is being cooked up. It’s pretty straightforward work really. Nothing too complicated about how we do things. We just show up, get the batches done, and head home. The Lawrence Road area has changed over the years, but we've stayed right here. It’s a solid place to work. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when the deliveries come in all at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that writing this. It's just us telling you where we are and what we're doing. It gets dusty outside sometimes because of all the construction nearby. But inside we keep things moving. That's pretty much life at Bikanervala Foods. We're just a bunch of people making food in an industrial park. We don't have any big slogans.
