Based right here in Rohini Sector 16, our small office at number 56 handles Balaji Engineering Consultancy. It’s not the kind of place that looks like those big firms downtown. We’re just a small team working on plans and drawings for various projects. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or going over technical details on the computer. Sector 16 is a familiar place for us, and we’ve been operating from this spot for quite a bit. We don't go in for big presentations or fancy marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are doing some construction nearby and need a bit of professional advice. We deal with the day-to-day realities of engineering, making sure things are calculated right and that the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and occasionally heading out to a site to see how things are actually looking on the ground. The office is usually quiet, save for the sound of someone typing or the printer going off. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s about getting the job done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we understand the local way of doing things. It’s just us, doing our engineering work and staying busy every day.
