Our place is located at B-33 on Lawrence Road, right in the industrial area. If you’re looking for us, we’re the ones near the Seven Seas Banquet hall. That landmark helps people find us because the industrial blocks all start to look the same after a while. We deal with frozen food items, so the warehouse is kept at a very low temperature. It’s a bit of a shock when you walk in from the Delhi heat into our storage rooms. We don't have any fancy signs or decorations. It’s just a practical space with lots of heavy-duty cooling equipment and stacks of boxes reaching up to the ceiling. You’ll mostly see guys moving pallets around with hand jacks or checking the seals on the containers. We spend a lot of time monitoring the gauges and making sure everything is running right. The area gets really congested with traffic, especially near the banquet hall during wedding season. We just try to get our loading and unloading done before the roads get too blocked up. It is a loud environment with the constant noise of the cooling units, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't do much talking while we’re working because there is always something that needs to be moved or checked. It’s a straightforward business and we keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
