361 Multi Cuisine is located at 361 Kohat Enclave in Pitampura. We chose the name because of the house number, which makes it easy for people to find us. It is a neighborhood place through and through. We serve a bit of everything because that is what people in Pitampura seem to like. We have some North Indian dishes, some Chinese-style items, and snacks. It is not a specialized gourmet kitchen. It is just a place where you can get a decent meal without spending too much. The dining area is simple with wooden chairs and plain tables. We do not have a decorator. We just put up what we needed. My wife and I manage the daily stuff, and we have a couple of cooks in the back. It gets busy during dinner time when families do not feel like cooking at home. We try to keep the noise down, but it is a lively spot. The address is 361 Kohat Enclave, right in the residential part. We are not a big corporation. We are just local residents who opened a food business. Sometimes we run out of ingredients if a dish is popular that night. We do not have a fancy computer system to track everything. We just do it by hand. It is a humble business. We are happy being part of the community here in Pitampura. We stay open until the last customer leaves.
