Zivar Estates Private Limited

Zivar Estates is based out of a house in Soranto Wado, right in Anjuna. The address is H.No.1715/1. If you know the Bardez area, you know it can get quite busy, especially with all the people coming through. We like being in a house rather than a big glass building. It feels more like the actual community we work in. Most of what we do involves looking at properties and figuring out the best way to manage them for the owners. Anjuna has a specific vibe, and we try to stay true to that in how we run things. Our office is a bit lived-in, with plenty of paperwork on every surface. We don't really have a front desk person; whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. We deal with a lot of the local estate issues that pop up, from repairs to sorting out local taxes. It’s not always easy, and some days are just spent chasing people down on the phone. But we know the area well and have been here long enough to know how things work in North Goa. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small operation, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and direct for everyone involved. There is always something to fix or a document to find, but we manage to get through it.
