Abhiyant Infratech

Abhiyant Infratech is based in Panaji, up on the 4th floor of Shiv Towers in the EDC Complex at Patto Plaza. Being on Street No. 412 puts us right in the middle of a lot of the business activity here in Goa. We do a lot of work related to infrastructure and technical projects. It is not just about property; it is more about the actual building and planning side of things. The office gets quite a lot of sun in the afternoons. We spend most of our time looking at plans, talking to contractors, and dealing with all the technical bits that go into a project. It is not the kind of place where people just wander in off the street, as we are usually deep into some specific task. Patto Plaza is a busy hub, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but we are used to it. We have a small team here and we have all been in the industry for a decent amount of time. We are not big on corporate meetings; we prefer to just get on with the job and solve whatever problems come up on the site. It is practical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Every day is a bit different depending on which stage a project is at. We just keep working through the list and making sure everything stays on track for the clients who trust us.
