We are located at Vision House on Jose Falcao Road in Panjim. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character, and our office at 179/C-1 fits right in. Working at Vision Dempo Hospitality And Estates Pvt. Ltd. usually means balancing a lot of different things at once. Some days we are looking at property papers for estates, and other days we are talking about hospitality stuff. Goa is a beautiful place to work, but it gets really humid, so the fans in the office are always humming. Bairo Alto Dos Pilotos is a nice area with narrow streets that can be tricky for parking if you arrive late. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't doing anything flashy, just helping people find the right places or managing what we already have. The building itself has been around for a while, and it has that specific smell of old paper and sea air. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy, the desks get covered in files and blueprints. We usually go out for fish curry during the lunch break if we have the time.
