DLF HOME DEVELOPERS LIMITED

DLF Home Developers Limited is based out of an office at 1012/10 in the Police Hsg Colony. We are located in Zosvaddo - Succorro, over in Bardez-Goa, 403501. It isn't a very large place, but it serves us well for the work we do. Most mornings start with a lot of paperwork and people coming in to talk about local building projects. The weather in Bardez can get quite humid, so we keep the fans running all day. We aren't a group that uses a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the housing developments and making sure the plans are right. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files scattered around. Our team has been here for a while and we know the Succorro area pretty well. It's quieter than the tourist spots, which is nice for getting actual work done. We usually have tea from the local shop around eleven. There’s no big glossy brochure here, just a group of people working at their desks. We handle things as they come and try to keep everything moving forward. Being near the police housing makes it easy to give directions to anyone who is visiting. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It’s just a regular office life for us at DLF Home Developers Limited. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of developing homes in this part of Goa.
