Our office is at SX-2 on the 6th floor of the Indraprasta Building. You’ll find us on Menezes Braganza Road. It’s a busy street, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get here on time. We work on land development, which is basically just a lot of talking to people and looking at maps. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the land around here pretty well. The office is usually quiet unless we have a big project starting. We have some old maps pinned to the walls and a few dusty models of buildings we’ve worked on. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't really do the whole polished sales pitch thing. We’d rather just sit down and explain the reality of a project, the good and the bad. Developing land takes a long time, and we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We’ve seen the skyline change from our windows on the 6th floor. It’s interesting to see how the city grows. We feel lucky to be a small part of that. If you need to find us, just look for the Indraprasta Building. We’re the ones with the stacks of blueprints on our desks. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we always make time for a quick chat and a cup of tea. It's a steady life and we like it.
