You can find Group Shivsamarth at A/6 in the Skylark Apartments. We are right on Menezes Braganza Road in Panaji. It is a good, central spot in the city and we like being here. The office is actually inside an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than some cold, corporate workspace. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. Panaji has its own pace of life, and we do our best to keep up with it. Our days are mostly filled with doing paperwork and having meetings with people who want to buy or build something new. We keep the windows open a lot to let some air in, even if the street noise gets a bit loud during the morning rush. We have a tiny kitchen area where we make our own coffee. Most of the time, the big table is buried under blueprints and local building permits. We are not trying to be the biggest group in town. We just focus on the specific projects we have right in front of us. Dealing with property in Goa means you meet a lot of different people. Some are looking for old houses to fix up, while others want something completely modern. We just help them navigate the local rules and find what works for them.
