ZENYA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Zenya Constructions LLP is located right in the middle of Porba Vaddo, over in Calangute. We have a small shop, number N-3, which is part of House Number 4/256. If you know Bardez in North Goa, you know how busy it gets around here. Calangute is usually full of tourists and traffic, especially during the peak season. Our little corner of the world is a bit more grounded though. We focus on construction projects around the 403516 zip code. It’s mostly about managing the labor and getting the right materials delivered to the sites. The shop isn’t very big, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on. We don't have a fancy website or a sales department. It is mostly just us answering the phone and heading out to see how the work is progressing. The air is always salty because the beach is so close, which we have to keep in mind for the materials we use. We’ve been at this for some time now, just being a local Bardez business. People stop by the shop to chat or ask about a project they have in mind. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and keep the bricks moving. It’s a loud, busy place to work, but we are used to the noise by now and wouldn't have it any other way.
