Volton Buildcon Private Limited is based out of House Number 352. It’s located near the post office in Wada Wadakade, which is up in the Honda area of Sattari. North Goa is where we usually find ourselves working most of the week. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the touristy areas down south. People around here just know us as the building folks from the village. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the tools and do the books. We spend most of our time out on-site anyway. Sattari has its own pace, and we kind of just follow it. There’s always some construction project going on nearby. It gets hot during the day, so we start early. The rain also slows things down quite a bit during the monsoon season. We don't really bother with big ads or fancy signs. Most people just walk by the house or hear about us from a neighbor. It’s just how things work in this part of Goa. We handle the day-to-day tasks of building and making sure everything stays standing. If you head towards the 403506 zip code area, you’ll likely see us around. It’s a local business, through and through. Nothing too complicated about what we do. We just focus on the bricks and mortar at hand and try to stay out of the way of the traffic when it picks up. It is a simple life and simple work for us here.
