Vivenda Desa Estate Llp is located at House Number 508/A in Betim, which is just near Porvorim and Tiswadi in North Goa. It’s a good, central spot to be based. We are a small firm that handles real estate and estate management. Basically, we help people look after their properties. This could mean watching over a house while the owners are away or helping someone find a suitable place to live or rent. The office is just a room inside the house, so it doesn't feel like a corporate environment at all. We have our filing cabinets and a telephone that seems to ring a lot more than it probably should. Betim is a nice place to work from, especially being so close to the river. We get to see many different people passing through the area. We don’t have a large staff at all. It’s just a few of us who have lived here for a long time and know the local neighborhoods well. We don't really do anything in the way of advertising. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or just by noticing the house as they walk or drive past. We try to keep our business dealings very straightforward. If a property has a leaky roof or some other issue, we make sure to tell the owner right away. There is no reason to make things sound better than they actually are. We just manage estates and try to stay busy every day.
