Vicinity Buildcon Private Limited

Vicinity Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Shop Number BGS-1. It is part of House Number 894/16 (5) in Porvorim. We are right near the V P Socorro. It is a busy area in North Goa, close to Mapusa. The shop is on the ground floor so it is easy for people to find us. We have a glass front with our name on it. Inside, it is mostly just a few desks and a couple of chairs for when people stop by. We keep a lot of our buildcon files in the cabinets against the back wall. The noise from the traffic in Porvorim is constant, but you stop noticing it after an hour. We have a small kettle for making coffee. The tiles on the floor are a light grey color. It is a small shop but it fits everything we need. We spend most of the day coordinating different sites from this office. Porvorim is a central spot, which makes it easier to get around. Our address is 403501. Sometimes the courier gets confused by the shop number, but we usually see them coming. We don't have much in the way of decor. There is a calendar on the wall and a clock that is five minutes fast. It is just where we do our business every day. It works well for us at Vicinity. The door handle is a bit loose but it still locks up fine at night.
