Sgt Developers Llp is situated in Siolim, which is up in North Goa. Specifically, we are over at Tarchi Bhat, at House Number 979 in the Bardez area. Siolim is a beautiful place to work, though it can get a bit slow-paced sometimes, which we actually don't mind. Our office is just a regular house setup where we manage our development projects. It is not one of those fancy commercial spaces you see in the big cities. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. We handle the day-to-day tasks of a developer from here, keeping track of our sites and making sure the paperwork is in order. Tarchi Bhat is a local neighborhood, so we are surrounded by neighbors and local shops rather than other big offices. We have been around for a bit, just doing our thing in the construction world. Most of our work is right here in North Goa. We don't use any big slogans or corporate talk because that just isn't who we are. We are just a small team working out of house number 979. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just life here in Goa. We take it as it comes and keep moving forward with our builds. It is honest work and we are happy to be doing it in a place like Siolim.
