Sampreet Estate Private Limited

Sampreet Estate is located in Alto Porvorim, specifically at Flat No.G-1 in building number 1783/5. Penha De Franca is a decent area to work out of, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to pop in and out. We handle a lot of the typical estate stuff you’d expect, like looking after properties and helping people with their paperwork. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, really, but they have to get done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen us around the neighborhood. The office is a bit small, and sometimes it gets crowded when we have meetings, but it works for us. We try to be practical about things. If a pipe is leaking or a fence needs fixing at one of the properties, we just get on the phone and find someone to handle it. We know the local area well and understand how things move in Porvorim. It’s a steady job, and we take it one day at a time. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the estates we manage in good shape for the people who live there. We deal with the usual glitches and delays, but we always find a way through.
