Ritu Infra Promoters Private Limited

We’ve been set up at La Marval in Dona Paula for some time. It is a pretty quiet residential area, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do at Ritu Infra Promoters. Our office is in the U.G.2 part of the colony. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the big cities. It's just a regular space where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking into property or building stuff. Most days it is just the sound of the fans and someone typing. We deal with a lot of local infrastructure bits. Sometimes the rain makes the walls a bit damp, but that’s Goa for you in the middle of the year. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites or looking at maps of the North Goa area. It’s a small group of us here. We usually have a kettle going for tea throughout the afternoon. People stop by when they need to talk about their plots or some construction update. There isn't much flash to what we do. It is mostly just keeping things moving and making sure the paperwork doesn't get buried under coffee mugs. We’ve grown used to the pace here. It’s a decent place to work, even if the stairs get a bit tiring by Friday. We try to keep things simple and just get through the pile of work on our desks each week.
