Oceaniq Buildinfra Private Limited is based at House Number 411/2 in Satiche bhat. We don't have a big office in a tall building. Instead, we work out of this house where we manage all our infrastructure and construction projects. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the road or at the actual sites, so the office is mostly for paperwork and planning. Dealing with infrastructure means we have to be ready for all kinds of problems, from weather issues to supply delays. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound corporate. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. Satichebhat is a quiet area and it’s a good place for us to stay focused. Our work involves a lot of different tasks, like road work or building foundations. It’s tough, physical work that doesn't leave much time for anything else. We don't use a lot of fluff when we talk about what we do. We just look at the plans and figure out how to make them happen. Sometimes the house gets a bit messy with all the boots and equipment, but that’s the nature of the business. We are just a local private limited company doing our part in the construction industry here. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the work. That is just how we do things.
